Jess serves as the Director of Operations and comes to Lexpath with over twenty years of experience in the IT Industry. She started in the trenches as a technician and an engineer and quickly worked herself up to management. She has worked in a variety of industries running Help Desks and IT Departments and brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to Lexpath. Jess’s keen eye for detail helps them define and iterate the internal processes to ensure that they provide the very best product and customer service to clients.
