Kenneth Harmon

Kenneth Harmon is LexShares’ Director of Risk and Deputy General Counsel, responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring investments in legal claims. Prior to joining LexShares, Mr. Harmon was a federal prosecutor who served over eight years as an Assistant US Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, and over twenty years as an Assistant US Attorney in the District of Colorado. He began his legal career as a litigation associate with Paul Weiss based in New York City and focuses primarily on whistleblower matters and white-collar criminal and business-related disputes.

Mr. Harmon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Colorado and is a member of Colorado, New York, and Arapahoe Bar Associations.
