Zoey Ryu

Zoey R. currently serves as the Director of Human-Centered Design at Lextant, where expertise in cultivating a human-centered approach has been demonstrated through collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to create actionable project plans and UX strategies. Prior roles at Lextant included Senior Associate and Research Associate in Human-Centered Design, leading various research projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to align market needs with company strategy. Zoey R. is also the Columbus Local Leader for IxDA and has held positions at Virginia Tech, including UX Graduate Researcher and UX Researcher, contributing to significant projects that improved user experience and interface design. Education includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Psychology and East Asian Literature and Language from Washington and Lee University.
