Mandi Affolter

Mandi Affolter has held multiple roles in various companies since 2009. Mandi began their career as a Cashier/Customer Service Rep at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. in 2009. In 2013, they became an HRIS Intern at A.T. Kearney, where they were responsible for a broad range of HR, HRIS, and administrative support. Mandi then moved to RehabCare in 2014 as a Program Assistant. In 2015, they returned to A.T. Kearney as a Sr. HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst, where they were the Lead for Reporting and Analytics workstream for a global rollout of SAP S/4 Hana ERP system implementation. In 2019, they joined Lextegrity as a Product Operations Manager and Customer Success Analyst.

Mandi Affolter obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of South Carolina between 2010 and 2014.
