Anne Lambert

Anne Lambert is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Lextenso since 2019, Anne has previously held significant roles including Directeur des Ressources Humaines at CNIM, where leadership was provided to a team supporting over 900 employees. As a Manager de transition RH at Alcyon from 2008 to 2017, consultancy and operational support were provided to companies lacking HR structures. Anne co-founded Ypsoma Consulting, contributing to organizational management and HR functions. Prior experience includes leading HR for France and Southern Europe at ex-Otia Groupe Teamlog and supporting French businesses in Portugal at Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Luso-Française. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme Universitaire in Mediation, a DESS in Social Law and Human Resources, and a Maîtrise in Social Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
