Parts Department

The Parts Department at Lexus Of Louisville is responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of automotive parts. Team members, including Parts Associates, Parts Specialists, and the Wholesale Parts Specialist, collaborate to ensure that both the service department and retail customers have access to the necessary parts. Under the guidance of the Parts Department Manager, they aim to maintain optimal stock levels, provide accurate part identification, and deliver excellent customer service.
