Jayson McCullough

Jayson McCullough is an accomplished automotive service operations leader with extensive experience in managing service departments. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Lexus of Richmond since October 2022, Jayson previously held various roles at Pohanka Automotive Group, including Director of Service Operations, Service Operations Manager, and Service Advisor from February 2002 to May 2022. Jayson is educated at George Mason University and the NADA National Automotive Dealer Association Academy, and is a graduate of Osbourn High School.
