Nina C.

Nina C. is a Senior Researcher at Leyden Academy on Vitality and Ageing since October 2017, focusing on research concerning older migrants in the Netherlands. Concurrently, Nina serves as a researcher at Leiden University Medical Center in the field of public health and primary care. Previously, Nina completed a PhD at Erasmus University Rotterdam while holding leadership positions such as Chair of the PhD Council and serving on the IMISCOE Standing Committee on “Ageing Migrants.” Additional experiences include roles as a freelancer and trainee at Population Europe and the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute, an internship at the Bulgarian Academy of Science, and various research assistant positions. Educational background includes a Research Master in Population Studies from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hanze.
