Ilse Haisma

Ilse (Elisabeth) Haisma has had extensive work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Ilse (Elisabeth) is currently the Director of Research Operations at Leyden Labs, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Leader at Leyden Labs from August to November 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Haisma worked at Charles River Laboratories as a Group Leader in Biology. In this role, they were an active member of the CRL Leiden management team and was responsible for driving change and improvement.
