Ken Spina

Ken Spina has over 36 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and legal industries. As a Shareholder and Corporate Secretary at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. since July 1997, Ken has contributed significantly to corporate governance and board activities. Prior to this role, Ken served as a Senior Medicinal Chemist at Abbott Laboratories from July 1987 to June 1997, where involvement focused on new drug discovery and development.
