Martin Bull

Martin Bull has over 15 years of experience in various senior management roles in the retail and construction industry. Martin currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Leyland SDM, where they oversee commercial operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Procurement Director at Shoal Group and Buildbase, where they led the procurement and marketing functions and was responsible for setting and delivering financial targets.

Martin also served as the Commercial Director for TG Lynes and Plumbase Industrial at Grafton Merchanting GB Limited, where they managed the procurement function and operations. Martin has extensive experience in supplier management, stock management, and developing supplier and product strategies.

Before joining Grafton, Martin worked at Wickes in various roles including Buying Efficiencies Manager, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. Their responsibilities included maximizing margins in different categories, managing teams, and ensuring value for the customers.

Martin started their career at Musgrave Retail Partners as a Buyer and Trading Manager. Overall, they have a proven track record of delivering financial results and leading cross-functional teams.

Martin Bull obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Computing from the University of Roehampton in the years 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Grocery Distribution from the Institute of Grocery Distribution during the period of 2005 to 2006.
