Luigi Battista has a strong background in managing and overseeing operations in the restaurant industry. Luigi currently holds the position of Managing Director at Leylaty Group, where they are responsible for leading new restaurant openings, managing a major restaurant rebrand, and spearheading new concept restaurant brands. Prior to this, Luigi worked at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, where they held various roles including International Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor. During their time at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Luigi played a key role in defining restaurant concepts, overseeing international sites, hiring and developing teams, and project managing new restaurant launches.
Luigi Battista completed their education at the Università degli Studi 'Suor Orsola Benincasa' from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Movie and theatre business. Prior to that, they attended the Università di Napoli L'Orientale from 2005 to 2009, focusing on Foreign Languages and Literatures.
