Aba Abekah-Mensah serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Student View, a charity focused on enhancing experience and education in media, journalism, and media literacy. Aba is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) and holds the position of Assistant Programme Manager for Mathematics at Leyton Sixth Form College, overseeing GCSE maths resits and implementing engagement strategies. As the CEO and Founder of Inspire Ghana, a charity supporting underprivileged youth, Aba manages annual summer schools and initiatives for an orphanage and a hospital's maternity unit. Former teaching roles include lecturer positions in mathematics at South Essex College and MidKent College, and a technical skills instructor at Prospects College. Aba is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Mathematics Education Development at St Mary’s University, having previously earned an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences.
