Carmen Best

Carmen Best is currently an advisor at LF Energy. Carmen has extensive experience in the energy field, having served as the Director of Policy & Emerging Markets at Recurve and an Energy Advisor for Independent. Carmen has also worked as a Graduate Student - Energy Analysis and Policy at UW-Madison and as an Assistant to the Minority Leader at the North Dakota House of Representatives.

Carmen Best has a Masters in Land Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology from the University of North Dakota.
