Ben Sabloff is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading various companies. Currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner at Recoil Partners since March 2025, Sabloff also holds the position of Founder and Board Member at Lingua Franca Search since October 2017. Previously, Sabloff was the Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Analytics & AQN at KeyBank after the acquisition of AQN Strategies, which Ben founded and led as CEO from January 2016 to February 2021. Additional ventures include founding Propane Taxi, later acquired by Amerigas and rebranded as Cynch, and managing principal at Sabloff Consulting. Early career experience includes a Vice President role at Capital One from 1995 to 2008. Sabloff earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds dual degrees in Accounting and Business from the University of Richmond.
