Estella Ozino Telmon

Estella Ozino Telmon has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Estella is currently serving as the Vice President of International Marketing at LFB since March 2020. Prior to this, Estella was the owner of GMC Consulting, where they developed marketing and sales strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, focusing on therapeutic areas such as oncology, hemophilia, ophthalmology, and rare diseases. Estella started their career at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held various roles including National Sales Director, Women's Health, District Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager. Estella joined Biogen in 2002 and worked as a Marketing Director until 2016, and then as the Sales and Marketing Director until 2018. Estella has a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry.

Estella Ozino Telmon has a diverse education history. Estella obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from McGill University from 1988 to 1990. In 2019, they pursued Executive Education programs at HEC Paris, specializing in BUSINESS MODEL & INNOVATION: ODYSSEY 3.14, and at INSEAD, focusing on Negotiation. Estella also completed a Women's Leadership Program Diploma at Babson College in 2016. Prior to their graduate studies, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from McGill University in 1988. Before that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Biochemistry at Marianopolis College from 1983 to 1985. Estella completed their high school education at the Sacred Heart School in Montreal from 1978 to 1983. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Women's Leadership Program from the Babson College Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership in 2015.
