Sebastien Fons

Sebastien Fons has extensive work experience in various roles. Sebastien started their career at Robert Half Technology in 2013 as a Recruiting Specialist, where they assisted clients in hiring IT and Digital professionals. Sebastien then joined LFB in 2016 as a Senior Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling recruitment across multiple European locations. In 2018, Sebastien transitioned to the role of Training Specialist at LFB, responsible for designing and delivering training programs. Sebastien later became the HR Project Manager, focusing on performance management, competency framework, and learning content strategy. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Learning at LFB, overseeing digital innovation, strategy development, and investment planning. Sebastien's work experience demonstrates their expertise in recruitment, training, and driving digital transformation in the HR field.

Sebastien Fons has a diverse education history. Sebastien obtained a Grade de Master2 in Human Resources Management and Services from OMNES Education, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Licence in Instrumentations et réactifs de laboratoire option technico-commercial from Faculté de Pharmacie de Châtenay-Malabry, (Paris XI) in 2008 and 2009. Sebastien also holds a BTS in Bio-Analyses et contrôles from École Supérieure des Techniques de Biologie Appliquées (ESTBA), which they earned from 2006 to 2008.
