LFB USA, Inc. is a privately held biotechnology company in the Boston, Massachusetts area with headquarters and laboratories in Framingham, MA and production operations in Charlton, MA. LFB USA is a company within the LFB Group. LFB USA provides development, manufacturing and services to LFB S.A., its sister company rEVO Biologics, and other partners. 

One of the lead projects of LFB S.A. is the recombinant human Factor FVIIa (LR769) program. LFB USA is responsible for the upstream manufacturing of the recombinant protein and the Clinical and Regulatory aspects of the program. LR769 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 study in adults with congenital hemophilia A or B with inhibitors. 

LFB USA’s principal goal is to advance medical care by utilizing its proprietary technology to develop its own programs and assist its partners by providing a full range of services.
