Riccardo Martorelli

Riccardo Martorelli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Riccardo began their career at Texas Instruments in 1995, where they worked as a Senior Engineer and Area Manager for eight years. Riccardo then joined Micron Technology in 2003 as a Process Engineering Manager, before being promoted to Fab Manager in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all functions of the Italian fab, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and ICT. After leaving Micron Technology in 2013, Martorelli became the Operations Manager at LFoundry, a Sino-German-Italian company operating as a foundry in the semiconductor business. In this role, they focused on continuous improvement of quality, costs, quantity, and delivery time. Martorelli's work experience highlights their expertise in operations management, process engineering, and change management within the semiconductor industry.

Riccardo Martorelli completed their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, from 1990 to 1995.
