Hyein Jeong

Hyein (Hailey) Jeong has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hyein(Hailey) started at LG Electronics in 2009 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed high-volume recruiting and the management of expatriate employees. Hyein(Hailey) then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Information System Specialist in 2014, where they participated in multiple HR projects and designed the Managers' HR Portal. From 2017 to 2020, Hyein served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LG Electronics and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leading global tech conferences, and planning campus recruiting events. In 2020, they joined LG AI Research as the Talent Acquisition Specialist before transitioning to the role of Talent Relations Team Lead in April 2022.

Hyein(Hailey) Jeong completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Yonsei Graduate School of Business from 2022 to 2024.
