James (Jamie) Tela

James (Jamie) Tela has over 25 years of work experience in mechanical engineering. James (Jamie) is currently serving as the Mechanical Engineering Manager at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Mechanical Engineering Lead at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc., James worked at NEC Energy Solutions as the Mechanical Engineering Lead-Grid Integration from April 2012 to February 2022. James (Jamie) also has experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer / ATD at Teradyne from September 2008 to April 2012.

James started their career at Stratus Computer in August 1995 as a Mechanical Engineer. James (Jamie) then worked at Ascend Communications from August 1998 to April 1999, and later at Lucent Technologies from April 1999 to October 2000 in the same role.

From October 2000 to September 2008, James served as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Egenera, Inc. James (Jamie) has a strong background in mechanical engineering and has held various roles throughout their career.

James (Jamie) Tela began their education at Turners Falls High School, where they graduated with a High School diploma in 1993. Following their graduation, they pursued higher studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1997, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
