Nirvana E Galvez

Nirvana E Galvez has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, ranging from field service engineering to plant management.

Starting in 2003, Galvez worked as an Electrical Journeymen for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) until 2012. Subsequently, in 2009, they joined Bechtel Corporation as part of the San Onofre Generation Station project, where they worked until 2011.

In 2011, Galvez joined Ormat as an Electrical Instrument and Control Technician, and they worked in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they held the position of Field Technician II and Maintenance Supervisor at First Solar, where they were responsible for various aspects of utility scale PV power plant maintenance and operation.

After First Solar, in 2017, Galvez joined Ingeteam S.A. as an After Sales Solar Technician for a brief period of time. Later that year, they started working at SunPower Corporation as a Solar Electrician and eventually became a Maintenance Manager in 2018. Their tenure at SunPower lasted until 2020.

Following their time at SunPower, Galvez worked as a Plant Manager at NovaSource Power Services from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. as a Field Service Engineer and Warranty Manager, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Galvez has gained extensive experience in diverse roles encompassing electrical work, solar technology, and energy plant management.
