Jiwoong Choi

Jiwoong (Ethan) Choi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Director of Global Procurement at LG Energy Solution since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Sales Head at the Sweden office of LG Energy Solution from 2021 to 2023. Before joining LG Energy Solution, Jiwoong worked at LG Chem, where they held various roles. JIWOONG (Ethan) was the Europe Sales Team Leader from 2018 to 2020 and the Key Account Manager for European major Car OEM from 2018 to 2018. JIWOONG (Ethan) also served as the Technical Sales and Marketing Manager for Battery systems focused on China and Asia Major Car OEM from 2012 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Jiwoong worked at LG Electronics as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Global Sales & Marketing team, specifically in the Home Entertainment Department, specializing in the Asian market. JIWOONG (Ethan) also has experience working as a Marketing Manager at POSCO from 2008 to 2009.

JIWOONG (Ethan) CHOI completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management from 2005 to 2008. JIWOONG (Ethan) also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Public Administration from Hanyang University, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. During their undergraduate studies, they participated in an exchange program at National Chengchi University from 2002 to 2003.
