Vikas Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vikas started their career as a Software Engineer at Motorola India Limited in 2000 and worked there until 2003. After that, they joined LG Soft India in 2003 and held various positions, including Senior Software Engineer, Domain Architect, Project Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, and General Manager. Throughout their tenure at LG Soft India, Vikas showcased their skills in agile project delivery, new capability/tech development, resource budgeting, business development, product offering & pricing, strategy collaboration, application portfolio management, project management, requirement gathering, and release planning. Notably, they played a crucial role in expanding the scope of their team from mobile-only apps to multi-device apps and services across various LGE products, such as mobile, TV, signages, and automotive. Vikas Sharma's domain expertise includes webOS platform, smart card drivers, and 3G mobile applications.
Vikas Sharma obtained their Executive MBA in Product Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Information Science and Technology from B. M. S. College of Engineering from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have been certified as a SAFe® 5 Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022.
