Annie Song

Annie Song has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Annie began their career as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, where they analyzed the effectiveness of Ph.D. programs in preparing young faculty for jobs in academia. In 2009, they moved to Song's Construction Company as a Financial Analyst, where they collaborated, prepared and monitored annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts, and conducted cost-reduction activities in operations. In 2010, they began working as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2012, Annie became the CFO of LeeAnni Eco, where they were responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and running all the finance activities of the company. In 2018, they joined LG Fuel Cell Systems as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where they prepared the annual budget and managed financial operations. In 2019, Annie began working at LG Electronics as a Planning and Operations Manager, where they contributed to making strategic and operational decisions. Annie also joined LG Technology Ventures as a Financial Planning Manager, where they performed budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and new fund planning.

Annie Song has a Master of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Annie also holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Tableau Essential Training from LinkedIn in November 2022, CV Essentials: Parent Partnering (Essential for Enterprise) from Global Corporate Venturing in July 2021, and CVC Essentials: Investment Programs (CEIP) from Global Corporate Venturing in June 2021.
