Carlos Olave

Carlos Olave currently serves as Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ESCCK) and has been the Global Head of HR at LG Electronics since August 2009. In this role, Carlos Olave significantly contributes to the company's sustainable growth strategy through innovation and digital transformation across various sectors, including home entertainment and artificial intelligence. Carlos Olave has held multiple HR leadership positions at LG Electronics, overseeing teams of HR professionals in Europe and the Nordics and driving organizational transformations. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble and Endesa. Carlos Olave is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration and Management at the University of Valencia. Educational credentials also include advanced management training at IESE Business School and legal studies at UC San Diego.
