Em Doria

Em Doria currently serves as the Asia Region HR Director at LG Electronics, a position held since November 2019, focusing on the development and implementation of HR strategies across the Asia Region. Previously, Em Doria held roles such as Head of HR for the Philippines, Vice President of Human Resources at CATS Group/Auto Nation Group, and Vice President of Human Resources at Toyota Manila Bay Corporation, among others. With a career spanning from 1996 to the present, Em Doria has extensive experience in talent management, workforce planning, employee training and development, organizational development, and compensation and benefits, demonstrating a strong track record in HR leadership within various industries.
