Michael Zink

Michael Zink currently serves as the Vice President of Home Entertainment Strategic Technical Partnerships at LG Electronics and has held various leadership roles within industry organizations including the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and the American Society of Cinematographers, where Zink co-chairs the UHDTV Committee. Additionally, Zink is involved with the Ultra HD Forum as a board member and has held prominent positions in organizations such as SMPTE, where Zink is the Education Vice President, and the UHD Alliance, where Zink served as President and Chair of the Board of Directors. Previous experience includes significant roles at WarnerMedia and Warner Bros. Entertainment, focusing on emerging and creative technologies. Zink holds an Executive Education Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Media Engineering from Hochschule Mittweida.
