Ivan Sedgwick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and governance. Currently serving as Director at Broadband for the Rural North Ltd since February 2022, Ivan contributes to an award-winning community benefit society focused on expanding fibre optic broadband in rural areas. As a Council Member of The Royal Asiatic Society, and in the role of Investment Director at LGB & Co. Limited since June 2010, responsibilities include developing investment propositions and overseeing compliance functions. Previous positions include Senior Advisor at Societe Generale, where Ivan was involved in various high-profile projects and regulatory challenges, as well as serving as Public Member at Network Rail, facilitating governance oversight.
