Garry Clarke-Strange

Garry Clarke-Strange is an experienced leader in inclusion, diversity, and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Founder of Think Inclusion Consulting since April 2024 and as a voluntary Advisor for the People, Performance & Resource Committee at the LGBT Foundation. Previously, Garry held significant positions including Group Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement at Greene King, where a comprehensive I&D strategy was implemented for a workforce of 38,000. Other notable roles include Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Employee Experience at MAG Airports Group, and Group Head of HR at Virgin Care. Garry also has a strong background in recruitment within various industries, having worked with organizations such as Live Nation Entertainment and the BBC. Education includes a BA in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland and a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion from the Chartered Management Institute.
