Emma Yates is a Senior Business Analyst at LGC ASSURE since April 2022, specializing in the development of bespoke software applications with a focus on small change, continuous improvement, and large projects for both external and internal customers. Prior to this role, Emma held several positions at Studio Retail Limited from February 2018 to April 2022, including Business Analyst in Financial Services Continuous Improvement and Business System Analyst for eCommerce, where key responsibilities involved facilitating requirements gathering workshops and delivering large complex digital transformation projects. Emma's experience also includes a Business System Analyst role at 3xd Limited and a Senior Service Advisor position at Greenacre Honda. Emma holds a GCSE from Ribblesdale High School and Technology College, attended from 2000 to 2004.
