Carol Wagner

Carol Wagner serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at LGE Community Credit Union, a top workplace recognized by AJC, since March 2003. In this role, Carol develops strategic initiatives across departments to prioritize the needs of both members and employees. Prior to this position, Carol held various human resources leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Aiken Grading Company Inc. and the Paulding County Board of Commissioners, as well as Human Resources Manager at MSI International. Carol's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University and studies at the University of West Georgia.
