Valerie Harper

Valerie Harper has had extensive experience in the credit union industry. Valerie started their career at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union in 1989, where they served as a Supervisor of Consumer Lending before being promoted to Manager of Consumer/Indirect/Branch Lending. In this role, they managed the daily activities of the Consumer Loan Division and the Branch Network and developed staff through coaching and training. In 1997, Valerie was promoted to the position of VP Consumer Lending at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union. Valerie was responsible for leading and managing all direct and indirect lending operations, implementing new products/programs, and providing effective training to staff. In 2009, Valerie joined LGE Community Credit Union as VP Lending. In this role, they lead and manages various lending departments, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
