Cecelia Bland

Cecelia Bland is a Sr. Electrical Engineer at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, with experience in planning and designing transport communications across Kentucky since November 2015. Prior to this, Cecelia served as a Network Systems Engineer - Specialist at LG&E-KU Services, focusing on the design and maintenance of corporate LAN/WAN equipment from November 2008 to November 2015. From August 2002 to November 2008, Cecelia worked at E.ON US as a Network Systems Engineer, providing level 3 technical support for network connectivity issues. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Analyst at Hallmark Cards, Inc., where network infrastructure development was a key responsibility. Cecelia holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
