Leeann Moore

Leeann Moore, PE, is a professional civil engineer with extensive experience in energy and construction management. Since August 2011, Leeann has been serving as the Manager of Distribution Substation Engineering, Construction & Maintenance at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, overseeing daily operations and maintenance of substations and managing engineering and construction activities. Previous roles include supervising operations at a 100 MW hydroelectric power plant and ensuring the integrity of high-pressure natural gas pipelines. Leeann's career began with multiple co-op rotations in the Generation Engineering Department at LG&E and KU. Additional experience includes working as a Construction Inspector for the New York Department of Transportation. Leeann holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville, respectively.
