Steven Phillips

Steven Phillips is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in various leadership roles within the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief Compliance Officer at PPL Corporation since April 2018, Steven has also held significant positions at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, including Director of Compliance and Ethics and Senior Corporate Attorney. Previous experience includes partnership at Newberry Hargrove and Rambicure and a corporate attorney role at Anthem. Steven began legal career as an associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting, both from the University of Kentucky.
