Nicholas S. Cafardi

Nicholas S. Cafardi is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and general counsel positions. Currently serving as Secretary, General Counsel, and VP of Corporate Development at LGG Industrial since April 2022, Nicholas previously held the role of Vice President and General Counsel at ERIKS North America from November 2017 to April 2022, and was Assistant General Counsel at TMS International Corporation from October 2012 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing commercial transactions and legal risk across global operations. Prior experience includes roles at Clark Hill PLC as Senior Counsel and an Associate in the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions practice, focusing on various business transactions and regulatory compliance, as well as a Summer Associate role. Nicholas holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a dual B.A. in International Relations & History from Duquesne University, also graduating Magna Cum Laude.
