Courtney Rathman

Courtney Rathman is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Recruiter for LGI Homes since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Youth Sports Associate at Second Baptist Church in Houston, TX, from September 2021 to July 2023, and holding multiple roles at Champions Club at The Marq Southlake, including Programs Supervisor and Programs Coordinator from May 2017 to September 2021. Courtney started a career at Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake as an Office Assistant from August 2016 to May 2017 and worked with the City of Southlake, Texas, as a Recreation Specialist and Recreation Leader from February 2015 to August 2016. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreation, Event, and Sport Management from the University of North Texas, attended from 2014 to 2016.
