Dale Vanwagenen

Dale VanWagenen has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Dale started their career at Centex Homes as a Field Manager from 2006 to 2008. Dale then worked at Quality Plumbing of Gainesville/Quality DesignWorks as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they joined Pulte Group, Inc. as a Field Manager until 2015. Since 2015, Dale has been with LGI Homes, where they held various roles including Regional Construction Manager and VP of Construction - Florida. Currently, they serve as the VP of Operations - Jacksonville/Daytona.

Dale VanWagenen attended Santa Fe College from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Building Construction Technology. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they studied at Jacksonville University. Although they did not complete a degree at Jacksonville University, they were involved in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) program and focused on their field of study.
