Jenny Hayes Laney

Jenny Hayes Laney is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, sales, and education. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst and Office Manager at LGI Homes since March 2022, Jenny has previously held roles such as Kindergarten Educator and SPED Developmental Paraprofessional at Klein ISD from July 2020 to November 2021. Jenny's earlier career includes more than 14 years at Fred Haas Toyota World as a Sales/Finance Administrative Assistant, along with prior experience as a CSAI at Bank One and Lead Receptionist/Inventory Coordinator at Saturn of Houston Gulf Freeway. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University, completed between 2017 and 2020, and has additional academic experience at Lone Star College and San Jacinto College.
