Nicole Puma

Nicole Puma has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to IT and operations management. Nicole is currently serving as the Vice President of IT at LGI Homes. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Children's Hospital as the Assistant Director and Senior Enterprise Architect, where they were responsible for establishing standards, road mapping, and innovation in architecture design. Before that, Nicole held multiple leadership positions at Verizon, including Director of Network Engineering & Operations, Director of Network Operations Center, and Director of Network Operations. Nicole also has experience as a Local Manager, overseeing residential and business activity in two districts. Nicole has a track record of improving efficiency, reducing expenses, and leading large teams.

Nicole Puma completed their Master of Science in Telecommunications Management and Engineering at Oklahoma State University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business at Southern Methodist University. The dates for their Bachelor's degree are not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole Puma obtained certifications in ITIL v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2020, and in ITIL v3 from PeopleCert in March 2018.
