Paul Lymberis

Paul Lymberis currently serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition for LGI Homes, overseeing operations in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, and Minnesota since December 2019. Previously, Paul held the role of Regional Project Manager at Shea Homes from 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of 10 land development professionals across multiple master-planned communities and leading cross-functional teams to achieve land supply goals. Prior to that, Paul worked as Land Entitlement Manager at Toll Brothers, managing entitlement and feasibility processes, and as Sr. Land Acquisition and Development Manager at Quadrant Homes, where Paul led teams in land acquisition feasibility studies and relationship management with land sellers. Paul's career began as a Senior Engineer at Pace Engineering from 1996 to 2006.
