Scotty Rauba

Scotty Rauba has work experience in various roles and organizations. Scotty started their career in 2011 as a Shift Leader at Zoes Kitchen, where they worked until 2014. In 2017, they joined KPMG as an Audit Intern for three months. Later that year, they moved to LGI Homes and started as an Internal Controls Analyst, working until 2019. Scotty then became a Senior Internal Controls Analyst at LGI Homes, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of National Finance Manager at LGI Homes since 2021. Scotty will soon be promoted to National Finance Director in 2023. Scotty has experience in designing and reviewing internal controls, managing risk assessment, ensuring SOX compliance, and serving as a liaison between external auditors and companies.

Scotty Rauba attended Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Houston-Victoria from 2016 to 2021. Here, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, specifically emphasizing Accounting.
