Don Andrews has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Don began their career in 2002 as a Proprietary Trader at Alliance Financial LLC, where they worked until 2006. In 2004, they also founded Second City Partners, LLC and served as the Managing Member/Founder until 2006. Don then worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Fixed Income Summer Associate in 2007 and as a Director in FIG Structured Solutions (DCM) from 2008 to 2012. Andrews joined Legal & General Investment Management America in 2013 as a Solutions Strategist, and later held positions as the Head of LDI Strategy, Head of Solutions Strategy, Head of Client Solutions, and currently serves as the Head of Distribution and Client Solutions.
Don Andrews earned a BA in History from Yale University from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Analytic Finance, Economics, and International Business at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
