Derek Kooistra is a seasoned professional in project portfolio management and transformation, currently serving as Project Portfolio Manager at LGM Financial Services since February 2015. Derek has advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager of Transformation and Dealer Service Performance for Western Canada, and has a strong foundation in operations and claims management. Prior to LGM Financial Services, Derek worked at Jim Pattison Chrysler Autobody as a Collision Estimator and at Flag Chevrolet as a Parts Representative. Derek holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of British Columbia, earned between 2015 and 2018.
