LT(Vic) Hancke has extensive experience in data engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as Team Lead Data Engineering and BI/Data Engineer at LGM Financial Services since February 2017. Previously, LT(Vic) held the position of Vena Solutions Consultant at Zettasolutions, focusing on client installations and ETL development. A significant tenure at Standard Bank South Africa lasted from February 2008 to February 2016, where LT(Vic) worked in various roles including Business Intelligence Analyst and Data Manager, responsible for implementing global analytics strategies and ensuring data governance. Earlier career experience includes roles at SA Truck Bodies, where LT(Vic) developed data strategies and business intelligence structures, and educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Information Technology from the University of the Free State.
