Scott Anderson

Scott’s operational and management expertise has been honed over a 30-year career in engineering and management – both in Australia and overseas. He is a strategic thinker, attuned to the drivers for a strong workplace culture with an unwavering focus on operational efficiencies. Scott started his career in offshore construction moving from project engineering roles to executive leadership positions. More recently, he has driven the restructuring and development of several mining services companies helping them build the skills and teams for long-term business success. Scott has responsibility for LGM’s operational performance encompassing both business development and tendering activities, and the delivery of projects in accordance with LGM standards and to the satisfaction of our customers.
