Paula Butler

Paula Butler currently serves as the Assistant Chief Executive at Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) since October 2010. Previously, Paula held roles such as Human Resource Executive at the same organization and worked in Human Resources at RTE. Paula has a strong educational background, with degrees and certifications in areas such as Organisational Behaviour, Women in Leadership, Change Management, and HR Strategy. Throughout their career, Paula has been actively involved in industrial relations, communication, research, and policy development in the local government sector.
