Blake Sylvester

Blake Sylvester has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Blake began their career as a Bartender/Bar Manager at The Lab Gastropub, where they managed high-volume situations and provided drinks for servers and guests. Blake then worked as a Bartender at Langham Huntington Hotels, handling high-volume events such as parties and weddings. Blake later worked as an On-Call Bartender at Paradise Bar and Beverage Services, serving clients like Food Network and Universal Studios. Blake also served as a Head Bartender at Omni Hotels California Plaza, where they specialized in classic cocktails and infused spirits. Additionally, Blake worked as an Amaro Montenegro Mixologist at Greenhouse Agency, Inc, promoting the brand and organizing events. Blake also gained experience as a Bartender at Local Kitchen and Wine Bar and as an On-Call Banquets Bartender at Ritz Carlton/JW Marriott LA Live. Most recently, Blake was employed as a Chief Mixologist at LGO Hospitality.

Blake Sylvester attended the University of Southern California from 2011 to 2012 but did not complete a degree or field of study. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Blake attended the Los Angeles Film School, again without obtaining a degree or field of study. Blake's highest level of completed education is a diploma which was obtained from Columbia River High School, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their education history, Blake obtained the Barsmarts certification in June 2013.
