Jenifer Steele

Jenifer Steele has extensive experience in retail management. Jenifer worked as the Senior Director of Retail at LGO Hospitality LLC from 2009 onwards, where they successfully tripled the business in the first 3 years and continued to achieve significant year over year growth. Jenifer'sresponsibilities included analyzing customer and business flow, offering a product mix that maximized selling opportunities, and building a solid foundation between product mix and operations. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they served as the General Manager and Director of Store Operations at JBW of Washington, LLC. In this role, they developed store operations, resulting in significant sales growth, and also oversaw the expansion of the company by leasing, opening, staffing, and merchandising new stores.
